Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once processed, shipping generally takes up to 1–2 weeks, depending on your location and carrier delivery times.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Responsibility After Shipment
Once your package is in the hands of the postal service, we are no longer responsible for delays, lost, or damaged items during transit. Any issues that arise after shipment must be resolved directly with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
