We recommend washing any apparel with like colors in cold water. We also typically will wash without any fabric softener as it permeates into the fibers. Lastly, we recommend line drying, if you're worried about lint or if you want to smoothen out any wrinkles then you can toss it into the last few minutes of the dryer!
For on-hand stickers, please allow 1-2 weeks after day of purchase for processing and shipping. For pre-order stickers please expect at least 2-3 weeks after confirmation of order. If your order has both on-hand and pre-order products, we will hold your order until all products are on hand to ship it. We run almost exclusively pre-orders unless specified as in stock. Most apparel is initially up for pre-order, which may take a little bit longer depending on batch size. Apparel can take from up to 2-4 weeks after the end of the pre order date when the order is placed for production, so please be patient and take that into consideration when purchasing from us. If you have any questions about how long it will take, please feel free to email us. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Once confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped. Orders typically get dropped off on the same day or the next, unless otherwise stated. PRODUCTION TIMES ARE INCREASED DUE TO COVID-19. FOR STICKERS, EXPECT A 2-4 WEEK PRODUCTION TIME AND A 4-6 WEEK PRODUCTION TIME FOR APPAREL.
We strongly suggest that you review your order, along with shipping address very carefully. However, if you have entered your address incorrectly please contact us immediately. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped there is not much we can do to remedy that.
For sticker orders we have a flat rate of $1-$3 dollars depending on weight and location, these DO NOT come with tracking, but you may choose an alternate shipping that will include tracking at a higher price. If it is too heavy for a conventional envelope it gets processed as a parcel. All parcel shipping prices are directly from USPS, which includes tracking, and we do not up charge parcel shipping.
All packages come with tracking automatically for your convenience. However there comes a time where your local post office may make mistakes. Please note that once a package leaves our hands we will not be able to reimburse orders that have been either misdelivered by your local post office or stolen from your property. We fully understand that these situations are frustrating and annoying, however there is only so much we can do on our side as well.
For domestic orders:
- USPS vans can sometimes mark a packaged delivered due to the GPS they have within their vans, if you receive the delivered email please wait one more business day as it was probably marked accidentally and should arrive.
- IF IT DOES NOT ARRIVE THE NEXT BUS. DAY: Contact your local post office and not the general USPS hotline. Provide them with your information and in turn ask them questions like who delivered your package that day.

For international orders:
- Check your mailbox daily for notices from your local post office, sometimes international orders may be marked as delivered when it arrives at a new processing facility or switched over to a new tracking system.
- Contact your local customs office to inquire about your delivery.
All sales are final. We generally do not carry apparel stock after a pre-order, so if something comes and it's not to your size please contact us so we can walk you through what can be done. Since apparel is pre-ordered, once we send out the invoice we cannot refund your purchase. If you wish to cancel your pre-order you must notify us immediately and before we close pre-orders. Anything past the last day of pre-orders will unfortunately not be accepted.
